Kimberly Pelkey Sdeo focuses her practice on all aspects of estate litigation, administration and planning, family law, and civil litigation.
Ms. Pelkey Sdeo began her legal career as the judicial law clerk to the Honorable Laura Lewinn, J.A.D. (Ret.) during her tenure as the Presiding Judge of the Family Part in Mercer County through her elevation to the Appellate Division. Following her clerkship, Ms. P lkey Sdeo entered private practice, where she honed her litigation skills representing clients in family law, estate litigation, civil litigation and bankruptcy matters throughout New Jersey in state and federal courts and her transactional skills assisting clients achieve their goals through estate planning, corporate matters and real estate transactions.
Ms. Pelkey Sdeo recognizes and appreciates the unique complexities of each client's matter. She compassionately counsels clients as they navigate through the legal process using keen analytical and advocacy skills to obtain practical solutions and efficient results both in and out of the courtroom.
Ms. Pelkey Sdeo earned her J.D. from the Pennsylvania State University - Dickinson School of Law in Carlisle, PA and her B.A., cum laude, in economics from Mary Washington College in Fredericksburg, VA.
Ms. Pelkey Sdeo previously served as a Matrimonial Early Settlement Panelist in Mercer and Burlington counties. Outside of her legal career, Ms. Pelkey Sdeo serves as a trustee of the International Charter School of Trenton.
