A lifelong Hightstown, New Jersey resident, Craig Cox has over thirty years experience practicing law. Craig’s primary areas of practice include civil, estate and commercial litigation, estate planning and administration, commercial and residential real estate, business transactions, and municipal court. He has comprehensive experience drafting complex commercial, employment, matrimonial and estate planning agreements. In addition to his primary areas of practice, his experience includes divorce and family law, workers’ compensation, environmental law and bankruptcy.
Prior to joining Goldstein Law Group, Craig worked honed his skills and developed his expertise working at small and large law firms in New Jersey, including owning his own practice in his hometown, where he also served as the Public Defender in municipal court for 15 years.
Craig provides a very thorough case analysis. His demeanor and style of representation is sincere and genuine. He offers an open and candid conversation with clients regarding their legal issues. His 30+ years in the legal profession has provided Craig with outstanding negotiating and litigation skills. In his free time, Craig enjoys sailing on the Barnegat Bay and watching college wrestling and basketball.
Craig obtained his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Richmond School of Law in 1989 after receiving his B.A. from The College of William & Mary in 1986.
Craig is admitted to practice in the New Jersey and Pennsylvania State Bars as well as the the Federal U.S. District Court, District of New Jersey. He is a member of the Mercer County Bar Association.
